i appreciated the location directly on the river and near the bts station , providing easy access to the city. i found the staff very friendly and helpful , especially with directions. my room offered a balcony with a great view of the river. breakfast had a large variety , including both indoor and outdoor seating options.

the gym equipment looked a bit dated , though functional.

the staff offered prompt assistance with luggage storage and currency exchange at the front desk. boat taxis to iconsiam mall departed regularly from the hotel pier. staff was available to arrange transportation to the airport.

I appreciated the convenient river location and easy access to the ferry terminal. My room had a large balcony with excellent views. The staff displayed knowledge and were very friendly.

I found that seats were somewhat limited in the foyer during peak times.

stained wallpaper dirty curtains

the location was acceptable, right next to the river. it was also close to the bts station.

I was not impressed with the room. the wallpaper had stains and the curtains were not clean. the room seemed old and dirty. It definitely needs remodeling.

the hotel room has a large size with a balcony. i had a river view room, THAT was great. the service seemed perfect, and the staff are friendly. the breakfast has indoor and outdoor options. two pools add to the experience.

the hotel shows signs of age in the bathroom shower. the carpet in the bedroom seems worn. i was surprised by the condition of the balconies.

the location proved convenient, especially with the nearby sky train.

I was disappointed by the room i received. It felt quite dated. the furniture seemed worn, and there were clear signs of age. furthermore, the shower had inconsistent water temperature. it fluctuated between scalding hot and cold.
