I found several dining options available. Breakfast offered a very extensive buffet. The location is convenient. I easily accessed attractions and enjoyed the overall ambiance of the area. I also appreciated the attentive medical staff when needed.
The check-in process at the base of the cable car station was quite crowded and disorganized, impacting the initial experience. There was some queue jumping.

The bellboy Luca was helpful and provided excellent assistance during my departure. The staff displayed great customer service, and i found them very willing to accommodate my needs, especially with directions.

My room was equipped with a balcony. The room provided very nice treat and added to my overall satisfaction. The bathroom was spacious. It had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

i enjoyed the french decor a lot the room had a heater which i appreciated the linen and towels were great the breakfast buffet provided a good variety of dishes i will come again
the air conditioning in my room could not be adjusted below 22 degrees celsius so i used an oil heater it was not the best

this hotel is situated in the heart of the french village i had direct access to attractions the location allows you to visit the golden bridge before it gets crowded it saved a lot of time.

Breakfast in la crique was excellent. it offered various food options. the staff was friendly, especially weni. She was very helpful and friendly. i appreciated her assistance during my meals.
The standard room felt very tight. the hallways are dark. check-in was a bit chaotic. There wasn't someone to direct or assist upon reaching the top. it was hard to find information with luggage amidst the crowd.

Great Bana Hills Stay

I appreciated the efficient luggage service. Staff transported my belongings from the cable car to the room (it was very helpful). The breakfast offered many Vietnamese dishes in addition to Western options. The indoor pool area had a heated section and a shallow pool suitable for young children.
The room lighting was dim. It made getting ready difficult.

The hotel's location is convenient, providing easy access to the park attractions (a great advantage). Staying here allowed me to explore the Golden Bridge before it became crowded. the position of this hotel really maximises the experience.

The front desk service was prompt and I received immediate assistance upon request. Staff helped with luggage, taking it from the cable cars to my room. The team looked after Accor members and reserved an eating area for members at breakfast.

The hotel provided a baby crib . My room came equipped with amenities for four adults. This included toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair combs, vanity kits, shampoo, and body wash. The shampoo was really nice.

My 'Standard King Room' had AMAZING blackout curtains. I slept soundly. Breakfast included a wide variety of choices. I especially LOVED the fresh fruit options. The hotel provided convenient access to the Golden Bridge before the crowds.
The hallway carpets showed some wear and could benefit from refreshing.
