The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. a travel information session summarized activities and places to see. i appreciated the complimentary bicycle rentals for exploring the area. It was quite useful.

i found the breakfast area a bit chaotic and noisy at times. it felt crowded near the pool area.

the food at breakfast tasted good (especially the fruit).

The hotel staff seemed nice, but there were issues. they didn't respect my request for assistance with a wheelchair user. they insisted on pushing it even after i asked them not to. the hotel also offered to waive a fee when i mentioned leaving a lower review. It felt unprofessional.
