stylish hotel with great staff

I really liked the hotel. the staff went out of their way to assist me, offering a complimentary car service to the botanical gardens. I was asking for directions and they just offered this extra treat. the room was superior to others i've stayed in, beautifully decorated and with a very comfortable bed and pillows. the dyson hairdryer was a great touch i really liked.

i think the perspex floor at the end of the rooftop pool was scary. it was also difficult to stand on

The staff was attentive and super friendly. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. carmen, the guest service manager, reached out to understand my concerns. This showed great attention to guest satisfaction. emen and other staff provided top notch service that was lovely.

The quality of the food is excellent. The rooftop bar serves amazing cocktails. i did not find a buffet available at breakfast. however the restaurant assistance provided by saagar was perfect.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and well designed. Rooms have balconies with open views. the hotel provided complimentary water bottles. The bathroom had a dyson hairdryer. blackout curtains are very effective in blocking out light.
