Really good Hospitality and Perfect Service

i found the premier service overwhelmingly very nice i received a personal welcome from a dedicated staff member in-suite check-in was smooth and efficient airport transfers were arranged to and from the hotel a staff member at the airport assisted with luggage and provided a brief tour around i consider it attentive service. the hotel gifted a delicious cake and a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday week it was a thoughtful gesture. the room provided a perfect view i could see the light show at night and enjoy the fireworks on saturday.

the bed was hard i could not sleep well i woke up with back pain after spending the night there it was a minor issue compared to the overall stay.

breakfast had diverse options including bacon eggs cereal yoghurts and fruits it featured international styles of food such as arabic chinese and indian cuisines the variety catered to many tastes. dining at lavo italian was delicious my husband who is italian was very pleased with the lasagne.

eunice guided me to my room she explained all the features of the stay she even sang a song it was a warm welcome. eunice organized a surprise bouquet of flowers and wine delivered to my room for my birthday it was the nicest surprise.

the pool on top of the building is iconic.. it is a must see. its location is close to the tourist areas, shops, and the casino. it could not be better.

the front desk service was terrible. i requested a higher floor politely but they said none were available. after waiting a while, a room magically looked..
