deven assisted us to find a room , showing great knowledge. he was courteous and patient when we requested a change. we got a club room on the 21st floor , and i was very pleased.

i noticed the gym seemed to lack supervision at night , posing potential safety risks.

the marina bay view rooms provided fine views from the 18th floor. the hotel's direct access to marina square shopping centre was really convenient! the nightly star-like lights around the swimming pool created a magical atmosphere. we loved the stroll round the roof herb garden next to the peppermint restaurant after the buffet breakfast.

the check-in process was quite slow, and our rooms weren't ready at the standard check-in time. this was really inconvenient as we were tired from traveling and wanted to refresh a bit.

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Ample equipment for a workout. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. It is great for relaxation. a rooftop herb garden is also accessible.

the staff were very helpful and friendly , especially at check-in. the beds were super comfortable , providing excellent rest. i appreciated that our rooms were ready early , even though check-in was supposed to be later.

the pool area was lovely , but it tended to get crowded during peak hours. finding a free lounger was difficult at times , especially in the afternoons. better management of lounger availability would improve the experience.

I found the location to be quite convenient! It is close to multiple MRT stations. Access to Marina Square Mall and Suntec City is available directly from the hotel. I was able to enjoy views of the Marina Bay Sands, Flyer, and Merlion from my room. A Gardens by the Bay light show was easily visible.

The gym needs better supervision. I saw unsupervised kids playing with equipment. They were jumping on stacked foam seats, and another guest used a bike barefoot. These activities present potential hygiene issues and safety concerns.

The lounge staff on floor five were accommodating. The concierges, Ali and Maziah, provided really good service. Their service was a credit to the hotel and its high standards.

Wonderful Stay at a Fantastic Hotel

I enjoyed the modern, nature-inspired design. The staff quickly guided me to check-in and my room was ready. My room had a beautiful view of the bay perfect for watching the evening lights. Room service was very fast and met my needs. The convenient shortcut to the mall made grabbing food easy. Checkout was smooth with no lines and a quick process.

I noticed the shower door had loose doorhandles and the bathroom door did not stay closed. I would have liked to see these small maintenance issues addressed more promptly.
