The pillows were SUPER fluffy, and the bed was really comfy. M Durai looked after my room SO well, he was always friendly. He remembered how I liked things. I loved the soak tub. It lived up to its name and the swimming pool was great and big too! This hotel is right at the top of Orchard Road.
The breakfast area was quite BUSY. There were queues, which did make things a little less relaxing, especially first thing in the morning.

The room had a comfy king bed with plush pillows and soft linens, perfect for a restful sleep. Plus, the soaking tub offered a wonderfully relaxing experience after a long day.

i found the bed linen very crisp and clean. the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool. i used the concierge service to book a taxi, and the staff was efficient. the proximity to shops and restaurants was a huge plus.
The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space around the sink. It was difficult to manage toiletries!

the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options, with both western and asian dishes. the restaurant staff maintained the buffet area very well, restocking items quickly. the pastries were fresh, and there was a good selection of fruit juices.
