Excellent Hotel Experience

direct connection complimentary mini bar extensive buffet

I appreciated the hotel's direct connection to the Bugis MRT station. This offered easy access to the city. The complimentary mini bar was restocked daily with drinks and snacks. I found the breakfast buffet extensive, with both Western and local selections. The rooftop bar offered a great city view and relaxed atmosphere.

The guest elevators were shared with cleaning and service carts. This made morning rides slow and crowded.

The staff was attentive and polite. They were particularly helpful in the breakfast area and at Mr Stork. Front desk personnel were professional, and the doormen on the second floor were always cute and smiling.

just okay, i guess

muck spotted outdated information

The location was decent. It was close to the train station.

The room itself was a problem, though. the cleanliness was off. I found muck spotted on the curtains when i checked in, and it stayed like that . also, the hotel info was outdated. The in-room leaflet had details about discounts at nearby cafes, but one cafe said those deals didn't exist.
