The split-level loft apartment was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a good view.
The room lacked coffee tea and milk. The fridge was empty as well. I also found service to be only on request and slow. I found that rooms feel outdated and need refurbishment

the metro was very close offering easy access around town. the pools were quite lovely. i found the check-in was quick and efficient. the staff i encountered offered very helpful assistance throughout my stay.
the breakfast restaurant did not seem particularly friendly, but it did not affect my overall stay.
