decent stay with some minor issues
great locationattentive staffshower design
I stayed at the hotel for a few nights. the location is great. I could easily access the mall below. the staff in the gold lounge were very attentive, especially james, who recommended drinks and took photos. he.
I had to manually open the doors. also, the suite i was allocated had a shower over the bath, which isn't ideal for me.

fantastic experience, every detail was great

I really LIKE the prime location. direct access to the MRT made getting around easy. the room was spacious. It felt clean. the facilities had a high standard.
the hotel air CONDITIONING has limited control. it affected the room temperature.

the gym included many equipment. i counted multiple treadmills. i also saw stationary bikes available . there was a big space for floor exercises.
