An Anniversary to Remember

delicious cake heartfelt wishes cozy pillows

The staff showed very nice kindness making our anniversary special. A delicious cake and heartfelt wishes made our celebration really good. The heated toilet seat was next level comfort. Those U-shaped pillows were unbelievably cozy. I will remember the Clan for these small touches.

The room lacked sufficient wardrobe space, so I reminded me of I was living out of my suitcase .

the telok ayer mrt station is very close. i walk to the merlion park. the room had a city view and a coffee maker is available with capsules and snacks.

the lobby seemed dark from the bright outside.

Check-in was easy. my luggage arrived quickly in my room. the rooftop infinity pool provided a good space to relax. lounge and shower access after check-out was a great plus. I could freshen up before heading to the airport.

The entrance felt a bit dark. It took a moment for my eyes to adjust coming from the bright daylight. the lobby could use more light.

thoughtful touches fast service cool stories special feeling

my stay felt quite special, thanks to the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. haaddi checked my girlfriend in, he was so fast. master phua did a tea ceremony, he explained the tea's history so well. ivan shared cool hotel stories with us, it was charming. he presented himself professionally.

the bedroom was not clean, sadly. there was a smell in the fridge. someones clothes was in there. i hope it gets better.

I am impressed with my room, it had complimentary snacks and drinks. staff stored my luggage safely, that was a relief. the rooftop pool provided great views and relaxation. ivan ensured check-in went smoothly. I felt welcomed.

the gym, while adequate, was a bit crowded at peak times. i had to wait briefly for a treadmill once.

wonderful stay

helpful staff perfect location early check-in excellent hotel

i have been in the hotel industry for many years so it takes a lot to impress me this place certainly did. the staff were all very helpful and always ready to assist with any questions i had. the location was perfect as it was close to a metro station making it easy to get around. i also appreciated they allowed me to check in early after my long flight.

i found the entrance from the bright street into the dark lobby a little jarring it took my eyes a few moments to adjust to the dimmer light.

the hotel boasts a beautiful pool alongside an outdoor jacuzzi set on the 30th floor this provides a relaxing space after a busy day. guests can also make use of a well equipped gym.
