I am impressed with my room, it had complimentary snacks and drinks. staff stored my luggage safely, that was a relief. the rooftop pool provided great views and relaxation. ivan ensured check-in went smoothly. I felt welcomed.

the gym, while adequate, was a bit crowded at peak times. i had to wait briefly for a treadmill once.

i have been in the hotel industry for many years so it takes a lot to impress me this place certainly did. the staff were all very helpful and always ready to assist with any questions i had. the location was perfect as it was close to a metro station making it easy to get around. i also appreciated they allowed me to check in early after my long flight.

i found the entrance from the bright street into the dark lobby a little jarring it took my eyes a few moments to adjust to the dimmer light.

the hotel boasts a beautiful pool alongside an outdoor jacuzzi set on the 30th floor this provides a relaxing space after a busy day. guests can also make use of a well equipped gym.

rooms are clean and well maintained they include complimentary water plus coffee and tea facilities. i also noticed the japanese style toilet and the rainfall shower adding a luxurious touch.

the staff members were super kind and friendly. i was welcomed with a warm tea ceremony which was a lovely touch. the concierge staff specifically wilson was very helpful with suggestions and directions.
