The room was very clean, and i appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee. i found the fitness centre very useful before my long flights home. It helped me unwind. i also had breakfast before walking to the terminal. This saved me time and stress. the location inside the jewel made everything accessible.
the air conditioning was a bit too cold, and i couldn't adjust it to my liking.

The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient, saving valuable time during my transit. staff promptly provided amenities upon request. This included extra towels and toiletries. overall, their service was helpful.

The hotel is directly connected to terminal 1. This made it convenient for early morning flights. being located within jewel provided easy access to numerous shops and dining options. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
