The room had a spacious layout with a functional work desk. I appreciated the hotel's shuttle boat service to the sky train station. It ran every 30 minutes. The pool area featured plentiful seating with shaded sections. I found the adjacent Icon Siam shopping mall convenient.
the gym's limited equipment requires some waiting during peak hours, though the view is nice!

excellent service pleasant place
The ALE House bar offered fantastic service and a special menu. The food and drinks tasted nice and delicious. I LOVED it. The riverside location made the place pleasant and attractive. The view and feelings for my mind were excellent. Staff recommendations were helpful and I'm thankful.
The lack of information regarding services was disappointing. I found no details in the room about the pool, bar, rooftop, or breakfast times. The reception was very brief and quick, surprising.

I had a really good stay. The breakfast offered international, vegetarian and thai options. The staff demonstrated high levels of respect and diligence.
The elevators sometimes took a while.

The breakfast had many options that suited my needs.
The pool was small and VERY crowded with kids. I found the elevator access slow, I WAS waiting a LONG time at peak hours.
