loud air conditioning outrageous prices
the breakfast had a delicious flavour.
The air conditioning made a lot of noise at night. This disturbed sleep, and prices in the bars seemed outrageous. a simple pizza margherita cost 30 eur, a disproportional price considering the room rates.

friendly staff good view delicious breakfast high costs slow lifts overpriced restaurants
i found very friendly and cute staff. the room had good views. breakfast was delicious. i was satisfied with the service.
the in room dining menu costs seemed outrageous. the lifts were slow and overcrowded. the restaurants were overpriced, in my opinion.

delicious breakfast wonderful variety river view breakfast box
the breakfast was delicious and had a wonderful variety each day. i had a lebua suite river view lounge. the sunsets from the upper floors were lovely. the staff helped pack a huge breakfast box for my early checkout!!!

unprofessional staff worn mattresses
I found the staff sometimes preoccupied with their phones, that seemed unprofessional. the breakfast host, in particular, looked uninterested and offered no smiles. also, the pool water was cold, despite the stated temperature. Pieces of plaster littered the pool bottom. the sunbed mattresses had seen better days. They looked dirty and worn.

attentive staff central location old furniture smoky hallway
The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a great range of choices. I appreciated the central location, as it made exploring very easy. Staff were attentive and provided good service.
The furniture felt very old. Hallways smelled strongly of smoke, I really disliked that. The pool was permanently in the shade. This made it less enjoyable.

a tender escape
fruit variety quiet reflection fine vista
The breakfast was a highlight. The variety of fruits offered such vibrant colors, each bursting with freshness. our suite was spacious, it allowed us moments of quiet reflection together. the view from the balcony gave us a fine vista, we watched the city lights twinkle each night. this experience was heartwarming, it created lovely memories.
the pool area seemed a bit worn, it could use some attention, it didn't quite match the overall elegance of the hotel, it wasn't quite what i expected.

the hotel featured multiple restaurants, each restaurant offering unique dining experiences, guests could choose from a variety of cuisines. the gym included treadmills and weight machines, it allowed for a complete workout. there was also a rooftop bar, it provided panoramic city views.

the hotel is near a sky train station, it allowed for easy access to different parts of the city. there are shopping malls and restaurants nearby, they offered plenty of options for dining and entertainment. access to the airport was convenient.
