great hotel experience
river view complimentary drinks
the room was huge. it had a lovely view of the river. there were complimentary soft drinks and sweets on arrival. the breakfast buffet offered massive choice and catered for everyone. it was one of the best buffets i have ever experienced and we do a lot of travelling.
the staff was very helpful, but also slow. overall, i was satisfied with the facility! everything was very pleasant, especially the clean pool.

the hotel provides a complimentary boat that takes you up the river. it goes to the iconsiam mall and train station. we got the train to the grand palace. a 7-eleven is next door for anything you need!

the hotel provides a free shuttle to sathorn pier every 30 minutes. it takes approximately ten minutes. a free shuttle is also available to iconsiam, but it operates on a limited schedule. this provides convenient access to transportation options.

the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly. they were helpful, and supportive in every aspect. the staff seemed to be the kindest and most caring i've ever experienced. we felt comfortable and supported.

The outdoor pool is quite large. i noticed many comfortable sun loungers available. the buffet breakfast on the terrace offered a wide variety of thai and western food items. the staff were very attentive. I felt welcomed.
The location was not ideal for sightseeing. i relied on ubers. traffic in the area made getting around difficult. i found the night time river cruises noisy. The sound traveled through the walls.

excellent stay with river views
spacious rooms fantastic views great service
the room was spacious. it had fantastic views over the river. i enjoyed looking at the boats and life at night. service at the activities counter was great. they responded quickly, even on short notice in high season. they tried everything.
the hotel is a bit out of the center. it took a long time in a taxi from the airport on friday night. the second night, the hotel had a wedding on. it was unbelievably loud despite being on the 16th floor.

huge variety helpful staff
the room it had was big. i loved that the balcony looks at the river and i saw a beautiful view. the staff, they were always helping and kind, i cannot explain enough.
the breakfast pastries was heavy. i could eat all the fruit i wanted though
