i stayed in an executive twin room ocean view. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the floor-to-ceiling windows provided amazing panoramic views of the ocean. the location IS very convenient, near shopping and dining.

it was difficult to find peaceful time by the pool as it's so busy.

The location is integrated with Central Festival shopping mall which was nice. Reaching my room was quick. The executive lounge offered avocado and blueberry for breakfast. This fulfilled my needs daily. The hotel provided excellent service from beginning to end!

Street noise at night was significant, and soundproofing was inadequate. It was difficult to sleep. A side room might improve the experience if you need refreshing sleep.

The staff was professional and helpful. They even assisted in finding a way to watch a sports game. The executive lounge staff provided excellent service. The laundry service returned clothes the same day, immaculate and perfectly ironed.
