Wonderful Riverside Stay
fruit variety boat service modern equipment
Our stay lasted four nights. Breakfast offered many choices and high quality (especially the fresh fruit!). The boat service to Iconsiam ran frequently and it was efficient. The gym had modern equipment and it was open 24/7.
The location requires boat or taxi rides to main attractions.

Staff were attentive and quick to help with any request. The hotel provided excellent customer support. The concierge arranged several tours for us and each tour was well organized.

The room had thai effects and great space. Our room included fresh water daily and it was cleaned every day. The bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower.

lovely riverside retreat
helpful staff well kept gardens complimentary boat excellent variety
I found the staff very helpful with directions! the gardens looked well kept with many spots to sit. the hotel provided a complimentary boat service. It gave easy access to the city center. i used the gym with three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. the breakfast selection had many choices with both western and asian options. The variety was excellent, indeed.
the pool was often crowded, especially during peak hours! it was sometimes difficult to find available loungers. the pool area could use more shaded areas.

the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of items. i noticed there were fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. i saw several stations that served different types of cuisine, including western and asian dishes.

The room had a king-size bed with crisp linens! i also noticed it had a separate seating area with comfortable chairs. there was a work desk with convenient power outlets. This made working easy. the bathroom featured two sinks and a rainfall shower.

The shuttle boat provided a convenient way to explore the river and nearby attractions. I appreciated the turndown service along with the beautiful flower decorations on my bed. Thank you for a five-star experience, especially the birthday cake.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The bed did not stand still on the floor. The river view rooms provided fine vistas and a peaceful ambiance, I loved it.

The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes and I enjoyed the variety. The pool area included twenty loungers, providing ample space for relaxation, but it felt very crowded at times.

The staff excelled in their friendly service. The hotel offered a complimentary boat service to Iconsiam, saving a lot of time avoiding traffic.

cheap window loud noise
the breakfast layout had an large variety of food which i found acceptable
My room faced the parking lot. It lacked charm i also noted the window seemed rather cheap it did little to block noise the noise from the autobahn-like bridge was pretty loud
