i stayed in a room on the 11th floor, and the view was great. beds felt really big and comfy, matching the pictures online. the staff showed genuine kindness and were helpful. i was even able to check in early thanks to their assistance. the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety and a lovely riverside view, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

I found the housekeeping to be a bit rushed. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, and they forgot to replace the pillowcases after removing them.

the air conditioning in my suite barely cooled, and it took three days and multiple complaints for them to finally fix it. the suite smelled musty. it certainly was not what i expected.

The free boat shuttle to Sarthorn pier was unbelievably convenient. I loved getting to the mall and train station so easily!!! The buffet breakfast offered an very nice spread. Traditional Thai dishes were available as well as international favorites.

The air-conditioning in the room made slight banging noises sometimes.
