the location is prime. i found the housekeeping staff paid amazing attention to detail. they left no detail forgotten and the cleanliness was great. i also really enjoyed the innovative drinks at the cocktail bar in the lobby!!!
the room i had booked felt a bit small. there was hardly any space to store clothes, especially with two guests in the room. the closet was miniscule.

It reminded me of a special treat. the service i received was perfect, definitely worth the money. my room was lovely, and the food was delicious. The spa services were really good. my husband and i both raved about our massages, relaxing!
the front desk staff was polite, but a little impersonal, and the porters didn't seem quite as attentive as at other hotels i've visited.
