reasonable stay, some issues

delicious food five star food helpful staff nice attention missing champagne slow service unavailable drinks
The food was indeed five star (especially the desserts). The staff were pleasant and helpful, i noticed. The attention to detail in the dining room was nice.
The service, in general, did not meet the five-star rating i anticipated. My partner had booked champagne in the room, but it was not there upon arrival. We went to the pool and had to ask for towels after sitting there. We also could not order drinks by the pool.

I had emailed ahead to ask about car charging and an exact address. I never got a reply after THREE attempts. The receptionist said breakfast could not come to the room. This was not true. The usual form existed, pointed out by the porter. The food in the restaurant? It was only mediocre.
