Really good Hospitality and Service

excellent service complimentary dessert amazing food

I received excellent service at the Veranda Bar. Ibrahim and Alpay were kind and accommodating as servers. We received a complimentary dessert after our meal. I found the food amazing.

The hotel showed its age. The furniture and facilities felt dated. I think a refresh would be beneficial.

the breakfast surprised me. they have variety of meals and fresh juices.

i think the gym require guests to provide and sign their room number each visit. this felt unnecessary.
