breakfast included excellent pastries. the location made seeing main attractions easy. i especially liked exploring the nearby dining options (lots of choices!). staff were also friendly.

The staff was very attentive and quick to assist with requests. Breakfast on the top floor offered a wide variety of options. The views across the sea and the Blue Mosque were lovely. The hotel is modern and styled classically. I found it a calm retreat after a hectic day.
The street is shady and dirty. I did not consider it a pleasant experience.

the breakfast had a amazing variety, providing both local and international options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. my room, a beautiful double room vertical greenery view, featured perfect cleanliness and attention to detail. the hotel staff demonstrated really good service, promptly addressing requests for extra towels and arranging transportation, which i greatly valued.
the street outside the hotel was quite crowded, making entering and exiting a bit challenging.

i found the staff to be excellent from the front desk to the breakfast service. everyone was very polite and always helpful. the design and materials used throughout the hotel are excellent. i liked the spa facilities, though i only toured them and did not use them myself..
i booked this hotel through the amex fhr program, but i do not know how it fully qualifies as a 5-star experience. the hotel architecture is fantastic, but it feels dark except for the top floor restaurant.

This hotel boasts AMAZING location near major attractions. The staff were really nice with constant smiles and were really helpful. Our room on the 7th floor provided really good comfort and a GREAT sea view (i LOVED it). The breakfast was fabulous, showcasing a wide selection of diverse dishes.
The tour promotions seemed a bit misleading, as there was no actual guide, only a chauffeur. The pricing lacked transparency because tax was added unexpectedly at the end, which caused slight confusion.
