the location was convenient. i could use the shuttle bus. there was a bus stop just outside of the hotel. the front desk staff were very friendly, too.

the family room wasn't great. i see many issues. the bed and headrest had tears in many places. the shower cubicle wasn't usable because there was hardly any space.

The staff were attentive! massimiliano, the concierge, helped me with tour information. He was very knowledgeable. gianmmarco assisted with my bags, and lorenzo, the driver, was punctual and friendly. breakfast was amazing!!!

the room was a little compact for two, though it worked.
