i stayed for two nights in december. i was greeted with a warm welcome and given two free drinks vouchers for the roof top bar. the room had a modern air-con and heating system, a tv, and a very large comfortable bed. the shower was large and hot.

i found no spot outdoors to sit quietly and have a coffee. the lobby had large numbers of arriving and departing tour groups. it was hard to find a quiet place.

The breakfast had a massive choice of everything one might expect. i enjoyed it. They even supplied a cake and candle for my partner's birthday and sang happy birthday. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the hotel is right on a local line metro station. this is ideal for exploring the city and doing tourist activities. the hotel is on the corner of four streets and it is well insulated, so i did not hear traffic.

The staff were amazing! from the receptionist to the cleaners, everyone provided excellent service. the breakfast was very high quality for the price. it provided a selection of delicious foods. the breakfast was too good. We really enjoyed it.

during my stay, i noticed the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. some equipment in the room was also lacking.

the location was convenient. i could use the shuttle bus. there was a bus stop just outside of the hotel. the front desk staff were very friendly, too.

the family room wasn't great. i see many issues. the bed and headrest had tears in many places. the shower cubicle wasn't usable because there was hardly any space.

The staff were attentive! massimiliano, the concierge, helped me with tour information. He was very knowledgeable. gianmmarco assisted with my bags, and lorenzo, the driver, was punctual and friendly. breakfast was amazing!!!

the room was a little compact for two, though it worked.
