the air conditioning was limited. i couldn't adjust it below 23 degrees celsius. this made sleeping difficult. additionally, reserving the gym was required adding an unnecessary step.

i enjoyed the multiple pools. there were always sun loungers available. the hotel has traditional values. the staff seemed very warm and friendly.
the view from the balcony was nice. the pools were fine. it was a traditional hotel. the lowest temperature for the ac was not low enough. i found this uncomfortable. we talked with other people staying at different hotels. they said their ac went down much lower.

my recent experience was fantastic , i loved the hotel's traditional charm with modern amenities. the views were really good from everywhere , including my room and the public spaces. the staff at the bar and restaurant were attentive and super friendly , always ready to assist with a smile. the breakfast buffet had many options , and i enjoyed the chef cooking fresh eggs each morning.
i noticed that complimentary water was not available in the room. it's a small detail , but having bottled water readily available would have been a nice touch.

The hotel is very close to shops and restaurants. A quick walk takes you to the beach. Staff were very lovely and helpful. The views from the hotel are lovely.
