we spent four nights there. the staff were so cute and helpful, a very positive experience. our rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with lots of amenities and a balcony! the hotel has a great breakfast with many choices, fresh and catering for the needs of all guests.

I noticed that the rooftop pool is only for diamond level members unless you pay to use it. The fee was between 35-50 euros per person per day, depending on who you asked. it would have been nice to have this included.

I noticed the staff seemed impersonal with limited smiles. It seemed different from other hotels I visited in Italy. I think a more personal touch would be nice.
