cute staff spacious room varied breakfast

we spent four nights there. the staff were so cute and helpful, a very positive experience. our rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with lots of amenities and a balcony! the hotel has a great breakfast with many choices, fresh and catering for the needs of all guests.

I noticed that the rooftop pool is only for diamond level members unless you pay to use it. The fee was between 35-50 euros per person per day, depending on who you asked. it would have been nice to have this included.

The hotel upgraded us to a triple garden room upon arrival. The view was fantastic overlooking the area. The breakfast had lots of options and tasted great.

I found the drinks quite expensive. This was a minor issue.

the breakfast had a great selection with a lovely dining area.

i found the parking fee expensive at €17 per night. the pool was very crowded and i wasn't offered a towel upon arrival. the location wasn't ideal (it felt a bit isolated).

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered many options. The hotel provided a convenient path into town through lemon trees near an electric gate. I found the quick access very useful.

I noticed the staff seemed impersonal with limited smiles. It seemed different from other hotels I visited in Italy. I think a more personal touch would be nice.
