an acceptable stay near the airport

breakfast buffet positive staff poor ac elevator wait

the breakfast buffet was really amazing. i liked the very nice and positive staff at reception. check-in was also pleasant and efficient.

the ac in our room was very poor. the room became quite hot. there was also a long wait to use the elevators, annoying. it seems a huge hotel has only a handful of elevators.

dirty fixtures unclean spill

the location is unbeatable, right inside the airport, perfect for travelers.

the room seemed fine, but the cleanliness was poor. there were spill marks on the desk that weren't cleaned. the fixtures was dirty. i'm quite disappointed.

convenient location early departure clean room

The hotel is connected to terminal 1! this was very convenient for my early morning departure. the breakfast started at 6:30 a.m., so i could catch my flight. the room was clean and quiet. I slept well.

the gym could use some updating, the equipment seemed old.

system crash average food

the location was convenient, close to the airport, and it allowed for a short walk.

The check-in process was a complete mess. The system crashed, resulting in long queues and no information . the rooms lacked soundproofing. I could hear everything happening next door. the restaurant charged high prices, it seemed like they were taking advantage of the captive audience, and the food was just average.

slow check-in malfunctioning key

the check-in process was slow , with a long line. my room key failed to work , and i needed to return to the front desk twice to resolve the issue. i heard other guests in my hall experienced a similar problem. this was a significant inconvenience after a long day of travel.

convenient location really good service high prices underequipped gym

The location was convenient for my early morning flight. The staff helped with my luggage and took me directly to the Lufthansa business class check-in (I really appreciated that!).

The gym was underequipped. The snack bar and restaurant prices were too high, especially for a simple glass of wine (it was a bit disappointing).

Fantastic Airport Hotel Experience!

helpful staff great service easy access convenient location

This hotel is convenient when flying in and out of the airport. The staff at the club lounge were especially helpful. Angelika provided great service and were great. The hotel's proximity to Terminal 1 allows for easy walking access.

The elevators were slow. I sometimes experienced longer wait times than expected.

The hotel offers many food options, bakeries, and even a convenience store all within a short walk. A nice restaurant is available inside the hotel, and I found the lobby to have a refreshing water and apple offering.

The front desk staff are friendly, professional and reflected my occasional requests. The staff members are patient with customers, and they provide solutions for my required room settings before and after the flight.
