the check-in process was slow , with a long line. my room key failed to work , and i needed to return to the front desk twice to resolve the issue. i heard other guests in my hall experienced a similar problem. this was a significant inconvenience after a long day of travel.

The location was convenient for my early morning flight. The staff helped with my luggage and took me directly to the Lufthansa business class check-in (I really appreciated that!).

The gym was underequipped. The snack bar and restaurant prices were too high, especially for a simple glass of wine (it was a bit disappointing).

Fantastic Airport Hotel Experience!

This hotel is convenient when flying in and out of the airport. The staff at the club lounge were especially helpful. Angelika provided great service and were great. The hotel's proximity to Terminal 1 allows for easy walking access.

I sometimes experienced longer wait times than expected.

The hotel offers many food options, bakeries, and even a convenience store all within a short walk. A nice restaurant is available inside the hotel, and I found the lobby to have a refreshing water and apple offering.

The front desk staff are friendly, professional and reflected my occasional requests. The staff members are patient with customers, and they provide solutions for my required room settings before and after the flight.
