The elevator was far from my room. This made moving luggage difficult! There were not enough luggage carts. The check-in process was slow. I waited in a long line. Staff seemed unhelpful and did not offer assistance with the luggage situation.

the room was spacious. i appreciated the vending machines offering snacks and drinks around the clock (they had pizza!). the restaurant and bar provided convenient dining options. the proximity to the airport with bus access made my departure smooth.

i noticed the parking fee seemed quite expensive considering the location, it was a bit much for one night.

the room was a standard room with a double bed and a sofa. it was fine.

the heating system was a joke. the thermostat seemed to have no effect, so the room remained at a chilly 18c. i even got a radiator, but that thing was so noisy i couldn't sleep. also, calling this place an airport hotel is a bit of a stretch since a taxi ride to the airport cost me 16 euros each way.

The lack of clear directions from the airport was frustrating. i asked the staff how to get to the hotel using public transport. They suggested i ask someone at a nearby restaurant. this was not helpful at all. also, the wifi signal was quite weak and unreliable . it made it difficult to get any work done.

i chose this hotel as it is near the airport it took about ten minutes from leaving the hotel to sitting at the gate. check-in was quick and easy the staff were friendly.

the rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable i reported that our room had no ac several times. i never received service new towels or more water
