My room was very clean. the bathroom was spacious and super clean. the shower was great. It had a bath too. i found the staff showed real interest in their guests. That was amazing!!!
the hotel car park is small with only about 15-20 spaces. i had to park down the road in another car park. this meant i had to move my car before 8am.

the hotel is close to the city centre and caird hall. several attractions are within a 15-minute walk. i found the location convenient for exploring.

my room featured brick arches and original roof supports. these features remain from its days as a factory or mill. the bed was a super king size and very comfortable.

I found the room spacious and well-decorated, complete with expected amenities. I appreciated the early check-in and the option to add breakfast on the morning of my stay. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with high-quality options. I especially enjoyed the architecture and history of the hotel. It had special charm.
I wasn't made aware of a £50 holding deposit and have not received the money back.

The hotel is a short walk from the city centre in a quiet area. It is a 5-10 minute walk and the area is industrial. I found it very accessible and convenient.

The breakfast choice was AMAZING!!! The quality was high. The hotel breakfast is delicious and generous. Breakfast offered local cheese selections. I enjoyed the variety.

The staff gave me an opportunity to check in early. They also allowed adding breakfast on the morning of my stay. The staff were helpful and attentive to my needs. They provided excellent service.
