the breakfast tasted fresh , and it had a great selection. i found the staff to be wonderful , and i felt very well looked after. the woodland pod was clean , and it was great.
wifi reception from the main building seemed poor , i needed to get out to the porch to use it. the bed space felt claustrophobic to me , as the bed is crammed between two walls. the shower is likewise narrow , and the sink is absurdly small.

The main building is fine, it really is. the camping pod was more comfortable than i anticipated. the staff shined. They were very friendly and helpful. they provided tips regarding local attractions.

the pod had everything! it included an ensuite bathroom, sofa, sink, kettle, and fridge. the woodland setting was peaceful. i found the main hotel dinner to be high quality, especially because the service was attentive.
during my stay, i noticed some staff lacked warmth upon arrival. the toilet was not cleaned well, showing traces. lipstick stained the provided glass and tea cup.

The pod had all we needed. I got a couple of good nights of sleep. The check-in was fantastic. The staff ensured I got a meal, even though the restaurant had officially just closed. I was able to eat in the bar with my dog, essential after an eight-hour journey.
My pod unfortunately was not clean. I was really disappointed. I have sent in emails with pictures. The sink for washing up didn't have a plug.

i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room it included a tv with cable channels the bathroom had complimentary toiletries i found a hairdryer present. the premises offer free parking which was helpful the hotel features a bar where i could relax there is also a restaurant on site. i appreciated the availability of spa facilities the hotel provides massage services i had access to a hot tub.
the breakfast buffet sometimes ran out of pastries quickly.

Excellent Stay in a Comfortable Room

It was fantastic! The hotel staff acted very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and plentiful for both dinner and breakfast. My wife and I both used the spa facilities, and special thanks to Vadka for the great massages.
The room had a musty smell as soon as we entered, and we opened the windows? Spider webs covered the windows. Dampness surrounded the window frames.
