fresh ingredientsfriendly staffwater leak
breakfast included multiple options and fresh ingredients. the room featured complimentary tea and coffee. i noticed a live band playing in the bar area . friendly staff were available at the reception desk.
the toilet in my room leaked water onto the carpet. a restaurant manager only offered minimal assistance. i had to contact a laundry worker to address the problem. this was quite disappointing.

the room contained complimentary biscuits. decor was modern and clean. the bathroom offered adequate space with standard fixtures. the room also featured a decently sized suite bathroom.

the staff were helpful in the reception area. the reception staff were polite at check-in. nathan at reception was very passionate about his work. he was a good ambassador for the hotel.
