the staff seemed very attentive. breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of continental options. they easily arranged a modern room when i requested a downstairs room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made special arrangements for me. the breakfast service was lovely too, it was immaculate. the dining room was spacious and relaxing.

the room was allocated in the annexe, i did not want a room there! i needed to complain to get a room elsewhere. that was inappropriate and not good.
