good size comfy beds entrance side faulty keycard
The family room was a good size. clean, spacious, the beds were comfy. I was grateful for it. we all enjoyed our stay.
the keycard failed to open the door and had to be reprogrammed. this happened twice. it was a pain to have to return downstairs and over to another building with an entrance at the far side twice because of the keycard.

good parking tidy room value money
the location worked well for me and good parking was available. the staff were friendly, and my room was clean and tidy. i found it easy to reach the location, and the value for money was acceptable.
east facing room meant that the curtains were not thick enough, so the sun woke me up early.

the double room included comfortable beds i slept very well in. the room had climate control, so the temperature was consistent. also, the bathroom looked recently updated with modern fixtures.

a supermarket sits just across the street, very convenient. the site provides good parking. i had easy access to main roads, a benefit for onward travel. the town centre was a walk away.

dinner was available in the restaurant, so i did not have to look elsewhere for meals. the staff were helpful when i asked for assistance. i easily checked in early, a bonus after a long journey.

Check-in was simple. The room was very clean and had all I needed for my one-night stay. I had a restful sleep because it was quiet despite the hotel's proximity to a road. The location is convenient as a supermarket is nearby.
The bathroom extractor fan could not be turned off. It ran constantly.
