i received a warm welcome upon arrival and enjoyed help selecting from the menu. we had drinks at the bar before being escorted to the dining room. i found the food delicious with great menu options. my burger's salad featured beans and seeds

single-use plastic cups were in the room i also noticed the toilet paper dispenser released only one sheet at a time.

The dinner was fabulous and the breakfast was vast. Mr Smith has extensive local knowledge. He gave us touring map printouts and this was very useful. The room had lots of tea, coffee and biscuits, and I found it clean.

My room was downstairs, so there was not much natural light. Sound proofing was very poor. A very loud TV in the next room kept me awake.

i really enjoyed secure off-street parking for my motorbike i even got to use cleaning facilities with a jet wash the rooms were very clean and had everything i needed. the breakfast was fantastic and worth every penny the staff are always happy to help and advise on routes.

the toilet paper dispenser gave out a single sheet at a time i find this a bit annoying it felt a bit unnecessary.

the double room i had was newly refurbished it was tastefully decorated and had a very comfortable bed the room had everything necessary for a great stay at the hotel.

there is a beer garden at the rear where you can enjoy a drink there are facilities to wash your bike plus they let you lock bikes up safely overnight it is very secure i felt.
