helpful staff beautiful location

The staff were helpful. The building is in a beautiful location. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room was large, light, and quiet.

The public spaces showed wear and needed restoration. There were also several flights of stairs. This made it not fully accessible.

refurbished bathroom well-kept grounds

the double room offered a comfortable stay, it included a refurbished bathroom. i appreciated the powerful shower. the grounds were well-kept and a pleasure to walk through. breakfast was huge and well cooked.

the hotel shows some wear, the public spaces seemed a little tired! some areas needed restoration.

the room felt rather dated. the tv was tiny, SUCH a joke in a room of that size. i asked for extra pillows but i NEVER got them. this is not the level of service i expect.

the gardens presented a serene view from my room's window. a large, comfortable bath and a separate shower enhanced the bathroom. attentive staff ensured i had everything i needed .

finding the light switch in the hallway was a little tricky at first.

amazing hotel stay!

helpful staff huge room clean room friendly service

i found the staff helpful they even carried my luggage upstairs. the room i got was huge with plenty of space and a beautiful garden view. it was really clean and breakfast was nice with friendly service. i would definitely stay here again

the tv did not allow for streaming services i found that slightly annoying

worn spaces unclear detail

The hotel appears to be aging. Public spaces show wear and tear requiring attention. I also had trouble with internal access to the courtyard bar for dinner, inconvenient. The bathroom access through a second bedroom was unexpected.
