The staff members were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food, especially during dinner after a long day. My room had a comfortable bed and clean sheets (i slept so well).
I noticed the soundproofing wasn't great. It happened that there was a live music night at the pub, and some street noise was audible in my room, but it didn't stop me from sleep properly.

My room had comfortable beds, fresh linens, and sufficient space for luggage. There was a television with various channels, and the heating worked efficiently. The bathroom included necessary toiletries. clean towels were provided daily.

the bar had a good selection of ales.
The bathroom was not hygienic at all. There was mold on the wall and the shower drain was clogged. the exterior of the window was rotting, with a gap between the wood and glass. i was furious.

i stayed for a few nights and found the bus stop right outside very handy for getting into the city centre. the staff were really friendly, especially adam. breakfast was included and had good choices. i also enjoyed the pubwith a festive atmosphere.
the room faced the road, and there was some traffic noise, particularly at night (it might be worth requesting a room away from the road).
