Nira Caledonia is home to Blackwoods Edinburgh, serving Scottish cuisine with an Italian twist. The ever-changing menus showcase ingredients farmed, caught, raised, and bred in Scotland. Breakfast includes locally-reared pork and fish, organic rare-breed back bacon, and hand-made organic sausages. The chef can design special menus for private occasions, both business and pleasure. In partnership with Adelphi Distillery, the hotel offers a 12-year-old Glenrothes from Speyside, limited to 24 bottles.
