mixed stay, some issues encountered

poor soundproofingdisjointed process
The room lacked soundproofing. It was very noisy. i booked directly and requested an early check-in. It was not acknowledged. the hotel staff seemed underprepared, the whole process was a bit disjointed.

I am thankful the staff was friendly. They helped me find good restaurants nearby. My room was quiet and dark at night. It had thick curtains, so I could sleep well.
The check-in took a long time. I waited over 30 minutes for my turn. The gym only had one treadmill. I hope they get more equipments soon.
