Excellent Stay near the Haram
great proximityreally good housekeeping
the hotel's proximity to the haram was a definite plus. i found access to the shopping mall very convenient for purchasing necessities. ahmad from egypt provided really good housekeeping.. his service was greatly appreciated.
i found myself waiting longer than expected at times. this made getting to prayer a little stressful.

the location is really convenient! it's a short walk to door 79 within the clock tower. the staff upgraded our room to a partial kaaba view, which i appreciated. the service was efficient and the food met my expectations.
