Solid Stay Near the Haram
efficient processhelpful staffeasy access
I found the check-in and check-out process efficient. The staff displayed attentiveness and hospitality, especially at the taxi level concierge. I appreciated the easy access to the Haram. I also found it very easy to get a taxi.
The oud scent in the reception lobby was too overpowering.

quick processold furniture
the check-in and check-out process was quick.
i booked a room, but it was not what i expected. the furniture seemed old, and the tv looked like it was from the 90s.

the location WAS convenient for reaching the haram. i found the staff to be very kind and helpful. my room was always cleaned thoroughly with fresh water placed on the table after each umrah.
the bathroom definitely needs some updating, especially the tub which frequently clogged. i found that the pillows offered little comfort , and the curtains did not effectively block sunlight.
