the location was acceptable, providing easy access to key sites.
My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible dust and debris. despite reporting it to housekeeping, the issue persisted throughout my stay.

Miss ibtehal from guest relations was especially helpful. She ensured our stay was comfortable, assisting us with every need! All staff members were competent, nice, and attentive to guests. We got a wheelchair quickly, because my mother needed assistance. The room service was fast. A modern nespresso machine with coffee capsules surprised us. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The mattresses were comfortable.
The receptionists in the checkout process were too slow and kept me waiting.

Our room had two comfortable beds and provided ample space for relaxation after long days of prayers. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent and comfortable temperature . A MINIBAR stocked with refreshments was available.

The breakfast buffet included a huge variety of choices and there were many options, from fresh fruits and vegetables to hot dishes catering to different tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Freshly prepared foods such as eggs were available, too.

mixed feelings About this place
chaotic buffet
i often waited a frustratingly long time, especially during prayer times. It seemed like a gamble each time i needed to go somewhere. also, the breakfast buffet was a letdown. The food quality seemed pretty average, and the sheer volume of people. it's as if they underestimated the demand.
