The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the Haram operating 24 hours a day. I found the staff to be very helpful . Upon check-in, I received complimentary Arabic tea and cakes in my room (a nice touch!). Check-in and check-out were both easy and efficient.

The check-in process was smooth thanks to the receptionist, who provided excellent service. Breakfast included many options, and the staff ensured a good dining experience each morning (I especially liked the fresh fruit). Check-out was efficient. The staff handled everything with a smile. I appreciated the helpful and courteous team.

The shuttle bus to the Haram experienced chaotic boarding after Isha salat. There was a need for a control mechanism to ensure smooth boarding. This process made getting on the bus difficult.

This is one of the better hotels if you need shuttle transport to the Haram. A direct shuttle bus goes every 10 minutes to the back of the Clock Tower.

The breakfast selection could use a little improvement, but it was acceptable overall.
