frequent shuttle quick staff spacious room
the shuttle service was AMAZING. It came every two minutes. Whenever we needed anything, the hotel staff brought it to us very quickly. The room was clean and spacious.
the rooms are a bit dated and airconditioning is tricky. It gets too cold when on. it's difficult to adjust the temperature.

easy access polite staff fast lifts wheelchair access
the location allowed very easy access to the haram. the staff were courteous. lifts work fast which was useful. the wheelchair access was excellent, it helped a lot.
the loud noise disrupted sleep. it would be helpful if rooms in quieter areas are offered.

The free transport to masjid al-haram was convenient. It made going to prayers very easy. our room offered a partial view of al-haram, a beautiful sight. the staff members were polite and helpful throughout my stay.
I experienced some delays waiting for the bus shuttle, as its schedule was unclear. This caused inconvenience.

professional staff early check-in helpful receptionist
Afrah, Aya, and Chef Ahmed Barakat were very professional. They were polite and attentive. They assisted me with the language barrier. Mr Abdelaziz, the receptionist, was helpful and gave me an early check-in.
The gym had some equipment in disrepair. It needed some maintenance.
