shuttle bus super soft beds

the shuttle bus service was excellent it takes only ten minutes to reach haram. the rooms is quite spacious and beds are super soft i slept well.

securing two rooms near each other was a challenge for me.

a mixed experience overall

substandard bathroom slow service

The hotel kept the room clean. I will say that much.

the bathroom was substandard, and there was no hand soap provided upon arrival. i had to request it multiple times over an extended period to finally receive it. the front desk staff also seemed understaffed, resulting in slow service during check-in and when addressing inquiries.

The rooms are clean and modern. the shuttle runs every hour to the holy mosque, helpful. a mini market is on the premises. I found it very convenient.

perfect shuttle bus convenient location al haram bad bathroom design missing hand soap no hairdryer

the shuttle buses to al haram were perfect. sometime the bus would just take me alone, i thought this was special. it is very convenient to go to any place, i even went to mascit aishah for another ihram and it was near.

the bathroom design at my room was not ideal. there was no hand soap when i arrived and i had to ask for it many times, it was annoying. also, there is no hair-dryer, i think is a basic thing.
