the hotel had a kids club! i think this is useful for parents. breakfast and dinner offered a good choice. the staff were professional and always ready to assist, this.

The reception was understaffed upon arrival. the system also went down at one point, this caused inconvenience. the decor in the resident apartment felt outdated. I was placed in the basement, and it felt a bit isolated

my room, a beautiful room city view east towers, was very clean. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. staff helped me quickly when i asked for extra towels and water.

It was quite loud. i wished they had informed me about this before i checked in.

The breakfast buffet had a very wide selection of food items. I saw many options. there were dedicated stations for different cuisines. The variety was excellent. the dining area was spacious, accommodating many guests without feeling crowded.

The hotel has multiple entrances with security checks at each point. i observed a dedicated prayer area inside the hotel with clear signage. It was well-kept.

The room included a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and juice! the bathroom featured a walk-in shower and premium toiletries. the provided prayer mats and qibla direction were very useful. I appreciated the attention to detail.
