variety of flavors cute manager smooth check-in shower water lack of changes

Breakfast was great with many options. MrAyman AlSharbati the restaurant manager was very cute and provided excellent service. My room was upgraded to a junior suite and check-in was smooth and fast.

The noise was unbearable. Cold water did not work in the shower, so I had to shower with hot water. I reported this several times, but nothing changed .

the hotel had a kids club! i think this is useful for parents. breakfast and dinner offered a good choice. the staff were professional and always ready to assist, this.

The reception was understaffed upon arrival. the system also went down at one point, this caused inconvenience. the decor in the resident apartment felt outdated. I was placed in the basement, and it felt a bit isolated

clean room perfect location

my room, a beautiful room city view east towers, was very clean. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. staff helped me quickly when i asked for extra towels and water.

It was quite loud. i wished they had informed me about this before i checked in.

The hotel has multiple entrances with security checks at each point. there are several elevators available, which reduced wait times. i observed a dedicated prayer area inside the hotel with clear signage. It was well-kept.

The hotel location is very close to gate 79. It made access convenient for prayers. The room included a separate sitting area. I found it useful with children. The hotel offered complimentary cold drinks in the lobby during midday.

The children's play area could use some improvements.
