I got a room right next to each other, and it features a shared entrance. It was like a big suite. The rooms included clean furnishings. The housekeeping team proved excellent and quite polite.

I felt the staff were genuinely cute. They assisted with luggage quickly. the location made access to the haram easy. the facilities were comprehensive, and the check-in was very efficient. i especially loved the breakfast. It was varied and suited every taste.

My room included comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. housekeeping kept the room immaculate, so i could rest. the city view gave me a nice sense of place. I enjoyed coming back to the room after prayers.

The staff were always ready to assist with a smile and quick service. i remember how attentive yamen ahmad was during check-in. the concierge staff helped arrange my transport to jeddah airport. I appreciated that help a lot.

The breakfast buffet at taybat restaurant provided many options for everyone. i found lots of variety, especially the mixed karak tea. the club lounge snacks were delicious. I didn't feel i needed to find food outside the hotel!!!
