awesome experience!
comfortable beds efficient service
The beds were amazingly comfortable, i slept like a baby! the room service was fast and efficient. also, i never experienced long waiting times for the lifts. It was very convenient. I really appreciate this detail!

The hotel provides masjid on the 6th floor, ideal for prayers without having to go outside, super convenient! also, there are about eight elevators, which greatly reduces wait times. This ensures smooth transit within the building.

worst elevator system cramped room
the location was acceptable to access haram.
The elevator system was the worst for a hotel of this size. Waiting took about twenty minutes from the 28th floor down to the 6th. the room booked for three people felt cramped. It was a small room facing nothing special.

Excellent Location and Attentive Staff
haram access convenient elevators pleasant atmosphere shopping mall
I found the elevators particularly convenient, offering quick transport. The on-site cafe provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation between prayers (I tried some pastries there). I also appreciated that the hotel connects directly to a shopping mall, a feature of great convenience.
I experienced some noise issues due to windows that did not seal properly. This was on a high floor, and the sound of the wind was quite noticeable. I found it somewhat disruptive to my sleep.

the hotel sits very close to the haram. shops located below the hotel proved helpful for daily needs. it was very convenient to have them so close.
the lifts were often busy. i sometimes waited a long time to reach the reception. this caused some delays.
