uneven experience near the haram

worn carpetleaky faucet
the room i received was quite worn. the carpet had noticeable stains. the bathroom also had issues , including a leaky faucet.

Solid stay with a great location

The location was AMAZING. Haram access was quick and easy. Breakfast was fantastic and offered a great variety. Chef Imran remembered me from previous stays and gave a warm welcome. Mr Yousef, the supervisor, and his team also deserve recognition for guest care.
The bathroom was not up to par. The size was too small. I had to ask repeatedly for it to be cleaned. Service quality does not justify the high rates charged.

Wonderful stay with excellent service

The staff on floor 23 were attentive. They provided water bottles and teabags promptly when I requested. The location allowed easy access to everything without needing to leave the building. Breakfast was great with a variety of options available. The room was very comfy and tidy.
