Convenient Stay Near the Haram
clean room fast elevator convenient location
The hotel has very fast elevators. This is a major advantage. Malls and shopping stores are within the same building. This provides smooth access to various amenities. The rooms are clean. This ensured a comfortable stay. I found the location particularly convenient. It made accessing the haram easy.
I observed that the breakfast variety could be improved. There were limited options.

Breakfast included a good variety of options. I appreciated the fresh pastries and fruit selection. The dining area was clean and well-kept. Staff ensured quick service during peak hours. I also found the coffee to be consistently good. It was an excellent way to start the day.

uneven experience near the haram
worn carpet leaky faucet
the room i received was quite worn. the carpet had noticeable stains. the bathroom also had issues , including a leaky faucet.

Solid stay with a great location
easy access great variety warm welcome
The location was AMAZING. Haram access was quick and easy. Breakfast was fantastic and offered a great variety. Chef Imran remembered me from previous stays and gave a warm welcome. Mr Yousef, the supervisor, and his team also deserve recognition for guest care.
The bathroom was not up to par. The size was too small. I had to ask repeatedly for it to be cleaned. Service quality does not justify the high rates charged.

check-in was quick. access to the haram is the best. it is a 4 minutes walk to kabah. breakfast spread was very good.
i noticed room service wasn't worthy of a 5 hotel stars.

the breakfast offered alot of varieties. it Was acceptable.
the hotel said the room was for three people, but it only had one double bed, i found the receptionist staff to be bullyish and uncooperative.

Wonderful stay with excellent service
attentive staff easy access variety of options comfortable room
The staff on floor 23 were attentive. They provided water bottles and teabags promptly when I requested. The location allowed easy access to everything without needing to leave the building. Breakfast was great with a variety of options available. The room was nice and neat.

The hotel offered direct access to the clock tower shopping mall via elevators. This made it easy to access various shops and restaurants. The elevators were quick and efficient, minimizing wait times.
