the hotel has a mosque inside with speakers connected for prayers five times a day it was convenient to attend prayers. i received a complimentary fruit platter on the first floor a welcome touch. there are plenty of restaurants on the first floor that offer a variety of cuisines it made dining easy

broken wheelchair limited water

The provided wheelchair was not functional. The leg handles were broken, causing significant leg pain for my dad. obtaining water was inexplicably difficult. I was told only three bottles were permitted per day. This policy was frustrating, considering my dad's need for water due to his illness. Previously, hotels supplied water freely.

convenient location easy access extensive selections

I found the hotel's location convenient near Abdul Azeez Entrance. The many elevators ensured easy access at any time even during prayers. The breakfast buffet was a good experience with its extensive selections.

Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent, making amenities occasionally unavailable.

The staff exhibited great friendliness , made the atmosphere very cute. Their attentive nature. Every request received prompt attention adding significant comfort to our stay.

Our room was notably spacious including a perfectly maintained bathroom. The beds offered great comfort providing restful nights after long days. We greatly appreciated the meticulous attention to detail during each room cleaning.

close proximity really good service efficient process

This hotel features close proximity to the Haram. Mr Faris, the duty manager, demonstrated really good customer service. The check-in process was efficient with a staff member who had the same name.

The ventilation felt inadequate, with sealed windows and vents that didn't seem to circulate fresh air.
