really good stay
upgraded suite perfect atmosphere friendly staff
the upgraded suite was a highlight of my visit. the cleanliness impressed me and the design contributed to a perfect atmosphere. friendly staff were always ready to help.
i missed having a valet service and had to self-park after already tipping the bell-boy. the elevator access cards initially did not work. this caused a slight inconvenience at the beginning of the stay.

the pool has games for children and there is a kids club available. a gym with a spa is also located on the premises. parking is free and plentiful .

Acceptable Stay, but Several Issues
cigarette smoke limited elevator access
The room was spacious, a definite plus for a longer stay.
The room i was initially given reeked of cigarette smoke. It was quite surprising staff hadn't noticed. the elevator system limited access. Guests on different floors couldn't easily visit each other, a strange setup..

spacious room quick checkout valet absence access card
The hotel rooms are spacious (I had a Beautiful King Room Panoramic City View Shuttle to the Beach Mall & Metro Station). I requested a late checkout and it was accepted quickly. The breakfast included many options.
There was no valet service. I was only informed of this after I reached my room and tipped the bell-boy. The access cards did not work to access the elevator, an issue.
