the upgraded suite was a highlight of my visit. the cleanliness impressed me and the design contributed to a perfect atmosphere. friendly staff were always ready to help.
i missed having a valet service and had to self-park after already tipping the bell-boy. this caused a slight inconvenience at the beginning of the stay.

The room was spacious, a definite plus for a longer stay.
The room i was initially given reeked of cigarette smoke. It was quite surprising staff hadn't noticed. Guests on different floors couldn't easily visit each other, a strange setup..

The hotel rooms are spacious (I had a Beautiful King Room Panoramic City View Shuttle to the Beach Mall & Metro Station). I requested a late checkout and it was accepted quickly. The breakfast included many options.
There was no valet service. I was only informed of this after I reached my room and tipped the bell-boy.
