The apartment was suitably spacious, acceptable.
I must mention that the furniture appears quite old. The rooms also had a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The receptionist displayed behavior I found rude and condescending.

the apartment offered ample space for our family. it had a well-equipped kitchen with all essential amenities. i especially liked the balcony, it provided a nice area to relax..
the furniture was somewhat dated. i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. the restaurant's evening hours were a bit short.

the staff were amazing and always ready to help! palani, godwin, and buddhi at reception greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. their helpfulness and positive attitude. i really appreciated their attention to detail.
i noticed some dust and a strong air freshener used in the room. it wasn't quite what i expected in terms of cleanliness.

a supermarket is conveniently located under the hotel, made getting supplies very easy. ample parking space is available in the basement, so i never had to worry about finding a spot. i saw a coffee shop too.

the room had a well-equipped kitchen, so i could easily cook meals. there was also a balcony, and it offered a good view. the rooms were spacious and had lots of equipment. the bedding was very comfortable!

dragon mall is only seven minutes away by car, so shopping was simple. global village is also close by, only ten minutes away. the marina areas are about twenty minutes by car and provide good dining options.

i did not try the hotel's breakfast because the kitchen in my room was ready for cooking. many restaurants are located nearby, giving plenty of choices. this made dining very convenient.

the support staffs dev and godwin were courteous to me. they were always available and keen to assist. i especially thank buddhi, the front office manager, for all the assistance. their service was AMAZING!!!
